Rates are weekly in UK pounds/US dollars but the villa is available for shorter stays. Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a cleaning fee.
Our villa is cleaned before and after your stay but if an additional clean is requested a fee will be charged.
Pool heat, if required, £12/$20 per day (recommended November-April) minimum 3 days.

Discounts available for late/return bookings or longer stays so please contact us. Recommendations rewarded as well.
All prices shown include local taxes.

Check out time: 11 AM (Later time may be available)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation over 8 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
Cancellation between 4 & 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival - 100% of total
Deposit Required: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment.
A $300 imprint of your credit card will be taken on arrival as a security deposit.
