We provide free phone calls including long distance and international so you can tell everyone what a wonderful time you are having.  Wireless high speed internet has now been added for guests that like to keep in touch on their laptops.

Unlike most Orlando villa rentals you will be met at the villa by our agents who will provide you with a welcome pack of food and your choice of beer or wine, so there is no chasing around looking for keys after your long flight or drive. They will give you a tour of the villa and explain things to you enhancing your vacation rental experience.

Only 30-40 minutes from Orlando international airport and an hour from Sanford. It is approximately 6 miles from Disney (10 mins). Busch gardens, Kennedy Space Centre as well as Cocoa beach can be reached in an hour with Gulf beaches a little longer. Other theme parks such as Seaworld & Universal can be reached in 20-30 minutes.
